Biography
Charles Brennan is a Professor of Food Science Lincoln University, Department of Wine, Food and Molecular Biosciences. He is also a Director of Centre of Food Research and Innovation in same university and Adjunct Professor of Food Science, Canterbury University, Christchurch, New Zealand. He served as Board of Director for NZ Food Innovation Network South Island
Research Interest
Charles Brennan current research projects include the knowledge transfer and higher level skills improvement, optimization of food wastes to improve sustainable food production, utilization of extrusion technologies for the delivery of bio-active components in functional foods, novel engineering solutions to the optimization of food processing.
